Any proprietary or confidential technology, the AskTedi interface, and any other material from AskTedi, including their amendments and upgrades, as well as all their derivatives, programming code, templates, APIs, or application programming interfaces used to execute or facilitate the Service provided, along with all documentation related to it, as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos of AskTedi (the “Property of AskTedi”) is and remains the exclusive property of the publisher.
Unless specifically obtained, the User agrees to:
not copy, reproduce, and exploit the Service
not create derivative works
not reverse engineer without permission.

Consequently, AskTedi cannot be held liable in any case, for any reason whatsoever, for indirect or intangible damages, such as – without this list being exhaustive – loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of clientele, loss of opportunity, harm to image or reputation, or any interruption of activity.
