Operation of an interface via third-party messaging services (WhatsApp, Slack)
The present General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTU") define the terms and conditions for using the intelligent agent service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") offered by the company “AskTedi”, the privacy rules, as well as the rights to compensation.
The Service notably allows:

online information search,
utilization of a contacts database (Google, Slack).
2. Access to the Service
The Service is accessible to individuals or legal entities with a valid account on third-party platforms (Google, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.) that have granted the necessary permissions.

using accounts (Google, Slack, WhatsApp) without having the necessary permissions,
impersonating third parties,
using software or a device intended to disrupt the Services or to extract personal data or other data from other people.
The User agrees not to:
download or share illegal, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, infringing on the rights of others, offensive, or criminal content,
transmit content containing viruses, Trojans, spyware, adware, malware, or other harmful or damaging programs,
distribute unsolicited advertising (spam) or any other form of harassment.
The User agrees to use the Service only in compliance with laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual property
4.1 AskTedi Property: Any proprietary or confidential technology, the AskTedi interface, algorithms, logos, and programming code remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. The User is prohibited from any reproduction or reverse engineering.
4.2 User Content: The User remains the exclusive owner of the data and content processed (emails, messages, events). AskTedi claims no ownership rights over the content generated or consulted by the User.
4.3 Technical License: The User grants AskTedi a limited license for the technical processing of their data solely for the purpose of executing the Service's features.
Any proprietary or confidential technology, the AskTedi interface, and any other material from AskTedi, including their amendments and upgrades, as well as all their derivatives, programming code, templates, APIs, or application programming interfaces used to execute or facilitate the Service provided, along with all documentation related to it, as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos of AskTedi (the “Property of AskTedi”) is and remains the exclusive property of the publisher.
Unless specifically obtained, the User agrees to:

The User agrees to comply with the terms of use specific to each Third-Party Platform. The use of Third-Party Platforms is subject to their own Terms of Use.
The Service relies on interfacing with third-party platforms designated by AskTedi (Google, Slack, WhatsApp, and any other platform designated by AskTedi, referred to as "Third-Party Platforms").
AskTedi is not responsible for:
any potential unavailability or failures of these Third-Party Platforms,
modifications of the APIs or terms of use of these Third-Party Platforms.

6. Responsibility and limitation
AskTedi makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and reliability of the Service (platform availability and suitability for the intended use, bugs/viruses, error management).

In the event of a dispute, in no case shall AskTedi's liability and the amount of damages exceed the amount of money actually paid by the User over the last 12 months.
AskTedi shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure or other events beyond its reasonable control. AskTedi's liability can only be engaged in case of proven fault and only for direct, foreseeable, and certain damages. Consequently, AskTedi cannot be held liable for indirect or intangible damages, such as loss of profits, revenue, data, customers, or opportunity, nor for harm to image or reputation.

9. Suspension and termination
This contract is concluded for an indefinite period upon acceptance of the GTU.
AskTedi may suspend or terminate the User's access in case of non-compliance with the GTU or applicable laws (spam, illegal activities), or bankruptcy of the latter, with a notice period of 90 days.
The User has the right to terminate their contract at any time via their interface or by email.
