Login credentials: Google ID, Slack, WhatsApp, and those to come from Third-Party Platforms proposed gradually,
User memory: information from emails, contacts, and calendar (and any other integrated information), preferences and instructions shared by the User with the agent,
Generated data: proposals made by the AI, messages exchanged with the agent, deliverables created.

To provide its service, AskTedi uses the following data: Emails, contacts, and calendars linked to connected accounts (Google, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.). This data may be enhanced over the progressive enrichment of the Service.

3. Data Retention

Personal data is retained as long as the account is active and for up to 24 hours after deactivation.
Data can be deleted at any time upon request.
Data in transit (email content, contacts, calendars) is not retained by AskTedi.
Personal data contained in emails (analyzed or generated) remains the property of the User.
The content of emails or invitations generated by AskTedi is its property and may be used for the purpose of improving the Service.

5. Recipients of the data

The data is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

They may only be transmitted to:

competent authorities if required by law.

6. User Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, the User has the following rights:

Access, rectification, deletion: the User can unsubscribe from one or more services/channels used (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.) at any time, with effect within a maximum of 24 hours.
Limitation, opposition: the User can delete their account at any time, with effect within a maximum of 24 hours, and delete their personal data.
Data portability: the User can obtain their personal data and reuse it for other services. The User also has the right to file a complaint with the CNIL in case of a dispute.

7. Automated decisions

AskTedi can provide automated suggestions, but no decision having a significant legal impact on the User is made entirely automatically. The User must validate all AI suggestions, unless they have explicitly decided otherwise.
