3. Data Retention
Personal data is kept as long as the account is active and up to 24 hours after deactivation.
Data can be deleted at any time upon request.
Data in transit (content of emails, contacts, calendars) is not permanently stored by AskTedi.
Personal data and content (emails or invitations) analyzed or generated by the Service remain the exclusive property of the User.
AskTedi may use anonymized interaction data to improve the relevance of its suggestions, in full respect of the User's privacy.

Hosting and Compliance: Data is hosted by leading infrastructure providers, ensuring storage on servers that comply with European standards and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Encryption and Integrity: To ensure the confidentiality of all exchanges, AskTedi uses state-of-the-art encryption protocols:

6. User Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, the User has the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, limitation, and portability.
The User may unsubscribe from one or more services/channels used (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.) or delete their account at any time, taking effect within a maximum of 24 hours.
The User is entitled to lodge a complaint with the CNIL in the event of a dispute.

In accordance with the GDPR, the User has the following rights:

7. Automated decisions
AskTedi provides automated suggestions. The User retains full control and must manually validate every email sent or event created, ensuring that no legal decision is made in a 100% autonomous manner by the AI.
AskTedi can provide automated suggestions, but no decision having a significant legal impact on the User is made entirely automatically. The User must validate all AI suggestions, unless they have explicitly decided otherwise.
